What is the Lewis and Clark Theatre Company?

A community theatre company that has a long history of serving the arts community in the Yankton area. The Lewis and Clark Theatre Company produces five plays a year, as well as special shows for Halloween, Christmas, and other events. The Lewis and Clark Theatre Company is based in the historic Dakota Theatre in downtown Yankton, which it owns and operates. The Dakota Theatre, built in 1902, has been home to the many arts opportunities since the day that it opened. The Lewis and Clark Theatre Company has been working to restore the Dakota Theatre to its original glory. 2016 is the Lewis and Clark Theatre Company's 55th season.
