The HR Manager is a member of the strategic leadership team and provides company-wide support. This position creates consistency throughout the facility while meeting goals for safety, quality, schedule, and profitability. The HR Manager is responsible for ensuring the company maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. This position plays a strategic role in employee relations.


  • Four-year degree in a Human Resources relevant field (i.e., Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology) with a minimum of three years Human Recourses experience, or four years relevant work experience in a Human Resources field
  • Professional certifications, showing commitment to continuous education
  • Experience with state and federal government employer regulations.
  • Must possess excellent organizational skills, problem-solving/analysis abilities, and be detail orientated
  • The ability to teach and train others in a coach or mentor role as needed
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality of employee and company information
  • Must possess strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Represent the voice of the company on and off-site.

  • Oversees compliance with all state and federal regulations and reporting
  • Manages employee benefits planning and communication
  • Supports finance department and HR responsibilities with the payroll system 
  • Administration of employee changes (i.e., wage, title, address, status)
  • Overseas the training program and software (compliance training as well as individual policy/practice training)
  • Oversees hiring and onboarding practices
  • Engages with technical schools to expand our skilled applicant pool.
  • Works within the community to keep the company viewed as an employer of choice, work with workforce development committees and area high schools to provide a larger, more educated applicant pool to the community.
  • Supports managers in administering policies, reviews, and all other situations consistently throughout the facility
  • Coaching managers and employees when working with disciplinary actions and terminations
  • Oversees workers compensation case management
  • Supports other duties as assigned
