What You Will Do:

  • Work independently with customers over the phone to resolve their delinquency. 
  • Identify customer’s reasons for delinquency and offer appropriate solutions to move them towards resolving their delinquency by effectively utilizing tools such as: programs to customers to help cure their delinquent status, phone payments and payment negotiation skills.
  • Effectively communicate and educate customers regarding the benefits of paying debts promptly.
  • Make decisions quickly by using all available resources, seeking input and considering short and long-term solutions.

Other Information:

Variety of Shifts Available!
• Full-time: 9-11 hour shifts, Tuesday – Friday; every other Saturday 4 hour shift
• Part-time: flexible shifts, Monday – Saturday (Some Saturday shifts required)
