1. An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in computer science and programming, or 2 to 5 years experience in the field, or a combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is desired. 2. Adaptable to using different types of computer equipment and software, as well as operate general office equipment including phone, calculator, photocopier, fax machine, etc. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products preferable. 3. Ability to work well with others (a team player) and demonstrate good oral and written communication skills. Good in-house and external (dealers/suppliers) people skills.
Responsible for design (programming) and maintenance of PC-based user applications to complement the ERP system. Assist with the upkeep of existing Access databases. Manage the SQL databases and Report Server. Assist with upgrades of software and conversion of data. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Manage and update Kolberg-Pioneer’s Access databases and other applications, including dealers/customers, Employee Relations Department, Service Department, etc. 2. Design, maintain and trouble-shoot several PC-based user applications/databases which will coincide with the ERP system. 3. Assist in the development and management of the Sales & Marketing Department’s reporting and forecasting documents. 4. Assist in writing queries for individuals to run based on different Access databases and ERP tables. 5. Assist with design, maintenance and future additions to KPI/JCI/ AMS’s IronHub (online sales configurator). 6. Assist with the data conversion and implementation of new ERP software. 7. Incorporate several of the existing Access databases into the ERP system so data resides in one specific application. 8. Maintain Crystal Report (Business Objects) server and Microsoft SQL server – administer SQL databases and be proficient in writing SQL queries. 9. Assist with maintenance of customer relationship management (CRM) application. 10. HTML and ASP coding (Visual Basic) including Visual Studio.net. 11. Assist with maintenance of customer relationship management (CRM) application. 12. HTML and ASP coding (Visual Basic) including Visual Studio.net. 13. Provide SSRS reports as needed for new ERP software.
